"When we had our first pool built in St. George back in 2019 I spoke with dozens of friends and neighbors who had done likewise in recent years and I constantly got the same feedback... I can say that I had the exact opposite experience with Val Palmer! The pool was completed start to finish in about 60 days! The quality of equipment, plumbing, excavation, and everything else was far above what I have seen before. It looked more like commercial quality product versus a basic residential one!
Every time I had a question, I could text or call Val and he responded immediately. The service has continued to be so even after he's been completely paid. After building our home, I have to say he's one of our favorite subs!"

"We recently had Palmer Pools build our pool and they exceeded our expectations. Several of my family, friends, and neighbors had their pools built by various local and national pool companies, and based on the feedback I got was that I could expect it to take 8 to 15 months for my pool to be finished. We Solicited bids from various builders in the area. We were impressed with Val Palmer from the get-go.
The first thing that impressed us is that he is an excellent communicator and gave us some very good suggestions for our project. We were also impressed that we received a bid within 48 hours (the other bids averaged more than a week). With the bid came two color drawings of what the proposed pool would look like as well as details of what the job would include. Most importantly, he said the project should be done in 3 months (nobody else would even give us a timeline). Though their bid was not the highest nor the lowest, I liked what I saw, and I went with Palmer Pools. They did not disappoint.
Val was there at every stage of the project, to make sure things were done right. Val was always quick to respond to our inquiries. We rather enjoyed seeing the stunned expression of our family, friends, and neighbors who have had pools built by others as they observed the speed and efficiency of my pool project as well as the overall quality of the finished product.
